Making Green Smoothie recipe at home, taste really good. I'm sure we can all use a little immunity boost right now!
Ingredients
1 cup roughly chopped spinach and kale, packed tightly
1.5 cups Almond milk, unsweetened
1.5 cups frozen mango, pineapple, and kiwi
½tsp freshly grated ginger
½lemon,juiced
Directions: Combine all into blender, and blend until smooth.
Kale and spinach in this recipe pack a punch for a mega doses of vitamin C. They provide a powerful antioxidant, plus calcium, folate and fiber to help boost immunity and sometimes even fight off infection
