Beginner workout program!
Regular exercise is one of the best things you can do you for your health. If you’re considering starting to exercise but don’t know where to begin, this program is for you.
Who: This if for anyone who:
- is intimidated by the interval class,
- or who has never done a group fitness class,
- or doesn’t know what they are doing in the gym
Live teams workout - Every Day from 12:00pm - 12:45pm PST
- 1 live zoom workout/week
- 1 extra zoom workout on the final day
- 2 additional home workouts to do/week
- 1 educational piece/week
